Members are strongly encouraged to use an FFL holder to conduct
the transfer and perform the NICS background check for ALL firearms sales.
Consider the transfer fee as very cheap insurance against your being involved
following misuse of the firearm.
Only club members may list items.

For Sale - Remington Model 700
I am selling my Remington Model 700 (VS), chambered in .308.
Purchased new in 1993. Shot 30 rounds between '93 and '97. Shot 35 more rounds in early 2008. Total 65 rounds.
After I purchased the rifle, I had the following work done to it:
- Re-crown and lap muzzle
- Free float the barrel
- Polish the feed ramp
- Relieve the bolt shroud contact
- Lap scope rings
- Install hex bolts in the action and torque to 55 in / lbs
- Trigger set to 2.5 lbs
Included also is a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5 - 10 scope with target knobs.
I had mil-dots installed by Leupold in May of 2007. Leupold also
installed a threaded lockring to accept a sunshade, which is also included.
Finally, the rifle comes with a Pelican 1750 rifle case.
The package - rifle, scope and Pelican case - are for sale for $1750.
The Harris bipod is negotiable...

Japanese Arisaka, Type 99. This version is called the "last ditch" as it was made near the end of the war when
shortages of materials and skilled labor required cutting as many corners as possible. Fixed sights, few markings, roughly
welded bolt end cap, wooden buttplate. But it does have a complete and undamaged chrysanthemum which makes it rare and collectible.

NEW LOWER PRICE!
Winchester Model 70 Super Grade with very nice wood in .30-06. It has a Leupold VARI-X II 3-9 X scope.
I traded for this item at the last swap at the club in Feb. of 2008. I have not shot the
rifle and the prior owner, Glen from the club said he didn't either. It looks like new and
may be too pretty to take into the field. If you would like this firearm, it can be yours
for $1500. Check out the prices for the Super Grade and you will this
is a bargain. The box and instructions for the scope go with it as
does the original owners manual for the rifle. I can bring this to
the range if you would like to see it.
H&R Garand in .308 caliber. It has been completely rebuilt with new parkerizing, a brand new barrel and new stock. It is beautiful. It was built by the Armory of Orange in Santa Ana California before the Peoples Republic drive them out of business. Being an H&R, it has a very high serial number and looks brand new. I would like $1200 for the item.
